Trattato di relazioni diplomatiche tra il Regno d'Inghilterra la repubblica di Firenze.
Questo trattato e per stabilire una relazione diplomatica basilare tra i paesi di cui sopra. Sara pertanto, stabilire i diritti d’ambasciata e l’ambasciatore cosi come tutto il personale dell’Ambasciata all’interno di ciascun paese.
Articolo Uno – Ambasciata.
Il Regno d’Inghilterra costruirà un’ambasciata all’ interno della Repubblica di Firenze, ed esso sarà considerata come suolo inglese con l’Inghilterra come unico sovrano su l’ambasciata e la terra all’interno di esso.
La Repubblica di Firenze costruirà un’ambasciata all’ interno del Regno d’Inghilterra, ed esso sarà considerata come suolo fiorentino, con Firenze come unico sovrano su l’ambasciata e la terra all’ interno di esso.
Articolo Due – Ambasciatore, protezione diplomatica ed l’immunità diplomatica
L’ambasciatore del Regno d’ Inghilterra, d’ora in poi conosciuto come l’ambasciatore inglese, della Repubblica di Firenze, avrà immunità diplomatica da prosecuzione mentre all’interno della Repubblica di Firenze. La Repubblica di Firenze garantirà la sicurezza dell’ambasciatore inglese, il diritto al libero passaggio attraverso il territorio e si adopera per aiutare l’ambasciatore inglese in qualsiasi situazione che può essere richiesto ove possibile, con o senza una richiesta da parte dell’ambasciatore inglese.
Se l’ambasciatore inglese dovesse commettere un crimine grave quindi il principe della Repubblica di Firenze può rimuovere l’immunità diplomatica all’ambasciatore inglese al fine di perseguirlo.
L’ambasciatore della repubblica di Firenze, d’ora in poi conosciuto come l’ambasciatore fiorentino, del Regno d’Inghilterra, avrà immunità diplomatica da prosecuzione mentre all’interno del Regno d’ Inghilterra. Il Regno d’ Inghilterra garantirà la sicurezza dell’ambasciatore fiorentino in qualsiasi situazione che può essere richiesto ove possibile, con o senza una richiesta da parte dell’ambasciatore fiorentino.
Se l’ambasciatore fiorentino, dovesse commettere un crimine grave quindi il Reggente d’Inghilterra può rimuovere l’immunità diplomatica all’ambasciatore fiorentino al fine di perseguirlo.
Articolo Tre – Richiamo e l’espulsione di un ambasciata
In caso di necessita/emergenza, il Reggente del Regno d’Inghilterra può richiamare l’ambasciatore inglese e il personale dell’ambasciata del Regno d’Inghilterra ad Inghilterra.
Inoltre il Reggente del Regno d’ Inghilterra ha il diritto, in caso di emergenza o per necessita, di espellere l’ambasciatore fiorentino ed il personale dell’ambasciata della Repubblica di Firenze, con un tempo di preavviso non inferiore di due settimane per rimuoversi da Inghilterra.
In caso di necessita/emergenza, il Principe della Repubblica di Firenze può richiamare l’ambasciatore fiorentino ed il personale dell’ambasciata della Repubblica di Firenze ad Firenze.
Inoltre il Principe della Repubblica di Firenze ha il diritto, in caso di emergenza o per necessita, di espellere l’ambasciatore inglese ed il personale dell’ambasciata del Regno d’Inghilterra, con un tempo di preavviso non inferiore di due settimane per rimuoversi da Firenze
In qualsiasi caso la nazione ospitante da cui parte l’ambasciatore estero ed al personale dell’ambasciata una garanzia di Passaggio sicuro fornendo loro una scorta armata fuori dalla terra della nazione ospitante.
Articolo quattro – cancellazione del trattato di relazione diplomatiche
Se il Regno d’Inghilterra, o la Repubblica di Firenze dovesse annullare questo trattato, e necessario per loro scrivere una dichiarazione ufficiale in base alle proprie leggi e di inviare una copia ai funzionari competenti. Il trattato sarà considerato annullato dopo due settimane. in conformità con il tempo di espulsine dell’ambasciatore del personale dell’ ambasciata.
Articolo 5 – Traduzione
Questo trattato delle relazione diplomatiche e scritto in inglese e deve essere tradotto nella lingua parlata dalla Repubblica di Firenze. Entrambe le versione saranno considerate valide e corrette, entrambe saranno da considerarsi legali e utilizzabili nelle Corti di Legge.

[rp]Treaty of Diplomatic Relations between the Kingdom of England the Republic of Florence
This treaty is to establish a basic Diplomatic Relationship between the above Countries. It will, therefore, establish the Rights of the Embassy and the Ambassador as well as all Embassy Staff within each Country.
Article One – Embassy
The Kingdom of England shall build an Embassy within the Republic of Florence and it shall be regarded as being on English Soil with England as the sole Sovereign over the Embassy and the Land within it.
The Republic of Florence shall build an Embassy within the Kingdom of England and it shall be regarded as being on Florentine Soil with Florence as the sole Sovereign over the Embassy and the Land within it.
As such any act of aggression upon an Embassy is in itself an act of aggression upon the Sovereign Country of the Embassy.
Article Two – Ambassador, Diplomatic Protection and Diplomatic Immunity
The Kingdom of England’s Ambassador, henceforth known as the English Ambassador, to the Republic of Florence shall have Diplomatic Immunity from Prosecution whilst within the republic of Florence The Republic of Florence shall guarantee the safety of the English Ambassador, the right to Free Passage through the land and shall endeavour to help the English Ambassador in any situation that it may be required where possible with or without a request from the English Ambassador.
If the English Ambassador should commit a serious crime then the Prince of the Republic of Florence can remove the English Ambassador’s Diplomatic Immunity in order to prosecute the English Ambassador.
The Republic of Florence Ambassador, henceforth known as the Florentine Ambassador, to the Kingdom of England shall have Diplomatic Immunity from Prosecution whilst within the Kingdom of England. The Kingdom of England shall guarantee the safety of the Florentine Ambassador, the right to Free Passage through the land and shall endeavour to help the Florentine Ambassador in any situation that it may be required where possible with or without a request from the Florentine Ambassador.
If the Florentine Ambassador should commit a serious crime then the Regent of the Kingdom of England can remove the Florentine Ambassador’s Diplomatic Immunity in order to prosecute the Florentine Ambassador.
Article Three – Recall and Expulsion of an Embassy
In the case of necessity/emergency, the Regent of the Kingdom of England may recall the English Ambassador and the English Embassy’s Staff from the Republic of Florence to England.
Also, the Regent of England has the right, during an emergency or because of necessity, to expel the Florentine Ambassador and the Republic of Florence Embassy Staff from the Kingdom of England with a warning time of not less than two weeks to remove themselves from England.
In the case of necessity/emergency, the Prince of the Republic of Florence may recall the Florentine Ambassador and the Florentine Embassy’s Staff from the Kingdom of England to Florence
Also, the Prince of the Republic of Florence has the right, during an emergency or because of necessity, to expel the English Ambassador and the Kingdom of England’s Embassy Staff from the Republic of Florence with a warning time of not less than two weeks to remove themselves from Florence
In any case, the host nation of the departing foreign Ambassador and Embassy Staff shall give the Ambassador and Embassy Staff a guarantee of Safe Passage and shall provide an armed escort out of the host nations land.
Article Four – Cancellation of the Treaty of Diplomatic Relations
Should either the Kingdom of England or the Republic of Florence wish to cancel this treaty, it is necessary for them to write an Official Declaration in accordance to their laws and to send a copy to the relevant Kingdom’s Officials. The Treaty will be considered annulled after two weeks in accordance with the Expulsion Time of the Ambassador and the Embassy Staff.
Article Five – Translation
This Treaty of Diplomatic Relations is written in English and is to be translated into the relevant language spoken by the Republic of Florence. Both versions will be considered valid and correct, both the English Version and Florentine version shall always be considered Legal and useable in the Courts of Law.
